Mike and Lou were both great. This was a tough project to get organized as the property was being sold and there was a buyer, seller and insurance company involved. Mike and Lou went the extra mile and did a lot of work just coordinating the project, then they expedited the job and got it scheduled and completed within a couple of days from the time we finally got the contract signed. The roof looks great too. I would highly recommend BuilditUSA to anyone.

We dealt with the office side of Build-it-USA to get a insurance claim processed. Mark met the adjuster at the house and got the paperwork in order. 2 weeks later we had a new roof!

They met with my adjuster and discussed things no one else had noticed. Took care of all the paper work. The project manager was with me through the process and took care of all my concerns.
