- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies by project and scope but we always offer a discounted rate of $75 per hour for general handyman and carpentry services as well as $85 an hour for Project Management and Administration. Rates are negotiable by scope for larger, long term , or maintenance type projects. We work hard to provide affordable pricing for our customers and understand the various financial (and other ) challenges facing prospective project owners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to you!, There is no replacement for an old fashioned face to face meeting with potential clients so I can understand the unique requirements and concerns of the client no matter how small the job. Planning and communication are paramount to any successful project. People don't plan to fail, they fail to plan. In 15 minutes or less I can explain to you how our experience can work for you and simplify your project, big or small. One call and we handle it all, from concept to completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and experience, and resulting successful track record is unmatched in this area. I have an MBA as well as many, many technology industry certifications of all types. I have 30 years of successful large scale commercial construction management. Also provide specialty consulting services for high risk / safety / military and industrial projects ranging from Hydroelectric Dam repairs and construction to military buildings to business consulting for start up firms. I have managed the construction of many of the regions premiere high rise / large span commercial structures. Specialists in environmentally sensitive / high risk project management.
