Luke Gilbert and Crow Bear Enterprises were a true pleasure to work with. I did obtain multiple quotes and although Luke’s quote was not the least costly he was by far the most responsive to the initial inquiry, follow up contact (text, email and telephone) and job completion. He was in constant contact and let me know right away about an issue that we did not notice with the initial inspection and quote (some areas of siding and fascia that needed replaced). Luke offered to take care of the new findings but also had no problem with allowing me to have the areas replaced by someone else (in my experience, some contractors are quick to push the “add on” services and can be somewhat high pressure when discussing them which was absolutely not the case with Luke). In addition to the impressive responsiveness, Luke also sent time lapse video of the project underway which was a really nice surprise and the end result of the project was excellent. Not only did he stress the importance of making sure I was satisfied he also advised that if I noticed anything that needed touch up to call and he would send a crew immediately to remedy the issue. I would give Luke and Crow Bear Enterprises my highest recommendation without any reservations. As a matter of fact, I have asked him to paint my primary residence as well (the project he just completed was a rental property) which is truly saying something positive if I’m going to have him paint the home I live in now! THANKS LUKE! I’m a very satisfied customer and I look forward to working with you on my primary residence!

This review is for Luke specifically versus Crow Bear as I don’t know through affiliation. Luke however brings such a diverse skill set to real estate that he can provide guidance and honest opinions on many fronts when making a decision to buy or sell a property. He’s also very transparent and you can tell working with him he’s not in it for a short term Inscentive. He understands the power of relationships and developing trust long term. Working with Luke mitigates lots of the risk in property related items. He’s knowledgeable with primary residences, investment properties, diff neighborhoods, contract work etc. It helps that he is also and electrician and licensed contractor. I’d say look no further for an agent or property manager. The best part about Luke, he won’t be offended if you decided to part ways for any reason although I doubt this would happen.

Communication and follow up was non existant. I approved the price and job start date but when I called three days prior to start we were not on the schedule! As a GC Luke really has no control over the paint crews. You are better off hiring a paint company directly and avoid the middle man.
