We had a an overall great experience with this company. We had been wanting to get our master bedroom and guest bedroom carpet removed and LVP installed to match the rest of the house. The LVP in our hallway had been discontinued and the team at Floor Coverings International Boise took the time to come out and look at the old LVP and order samples for us to see in person. This whole process couldnt have been smoother. Alex, the installer was quick, efficient, and very professional. After installation, the company reached back out to us to ensure satisfaction and scheduled a time for a final walkthrough. During this time, the manager came out and was very thorough in his inspection and made sure everything had been done up to our expectations. Incredibly pleased with the quality and professionalism of this company!

I had a great experience with FCI Boise. From the first call, they were very professional and helpful. I scheduled the estimate and had something come up last minute but they were very flexible and rescheduled me easily. The estimate was seamless, quick, and thorough. I was able to choose my flooring from nice size samples, in my home to see how they would look with my home colors and lighting. I was put into their schedule quickly. Their movers did a great job, taking care with my items and their installation crew did amazing work. My stairs required a custom built size and they look beautiful. My Project Manager, Stephanie, did a great job answering my questions and keeping me informed along the way. Overall I'm very satisfied with my flooring and highly recommend FCI Boise.

Floor Coverings International recently installed a new laminate for us Nov. 2025. From the design, estimate and installation the process was outstanding to say the least. The installer Alex was on time and professional, always checking with us throughout the job to make sure we were completely satisfied. Floor Coverings International arranged movers for our furniture prior install and post install, the crew was outstanding.
