I had a great experience with FCI Boise. From the first call, they were very professional and helpful. I scheduled the estimate and had something come up last minute but they were very flexible and rescheduled me easily. The estimate was seamless, quick, and thorough. I was able to choose my flooring from nice size samples, in my home to see how they would look with my home colors and lighting. I was put into their schedule quickly. Their movers did a great job, taking care with my items and their installation crew did amazing work. My stairs required a custom built size and they look beautiful. My Project Manager, Stephanie, did a great job answering my questions and keeping me informed along the way. Overall I'm very satisfied with my flooring and highly recommend FCI Boise.

Floor Coverings International recently installed a new laminate for us Nov. 2025. From the design, estimate and installation the process was outstanding to say the least. The installer Alex was on time and professional, always checking with us throughout the job to make sure we were completely satisfied. Floor Coverings International arranged movers for our furniture prior install and post install, the crew was outstanding. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International for your next flooring project.

We are very pleased with the work done by Floor Coverings International. They were very communicative throughout the whole process, were able to pivot quickly when we needed to make changes, and got the work done very quickly. I have already recommended them to family that have since had their floors done by FCI. Would definitely recommend.

Wow. Floor Coverings International worked so hard and paid incredible attention to detail every step of the way! We were able to start our install so soon after getting our quote and on our install date they had everything installed and ready for us within 24 hours. Brett and Stephanie were professional, reliable, and made sure everything was done right. Our new floors look absolutely beautiful even better than we imagined! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and great service!
