I am so happy that I found Freshen Design. Our apartment was transformed into a home that is now my favorite place to be. Francine found solutions that worked within our budget, timeline, functional needs, and personal taste while also encouraging us to think about some things differently than we would have otherwise. She was a joy to work with, always reliable and responsive to all questions and concerns. Ultimately, the finished product reflected an authentic and slightly more stylish version of ourselves-exactly what we wanted. She showed up on time and gave very thoughtful design ideas attentive to scale. I had contacted her just about our bathroom but because we had extra time, she gave us ideas to use in other rooms that weve incorporated to improve flow in our house. Thank you!!

As a renter, it was so helpful to have an initial consult and get Francine‘s point of view on what was worth an investment and what I could do without. Our fee structure: project fee and/or hourly of $150 per hour despending on the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Complete our New Client Questionnaire - basic get-to-know-you and your lifestyle questions.
2) Schedule an In-Home Consultation - during this consult, we discuss the pros and cons of your current space as well as future design goals. We establish your timeline, scope of work, and ideally a budget.
3) Provide written proposal/contract
