- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ask about bundle discounts when doing more than 2 rooms. Veterans discount available. Offer multiple options to help fit your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we love to meet with the customer. When we meet we will walk the project, talk about your goal look, what your budget is and when you are wanting to begin. We will go over an estimated priced in person and then an invoice with final price will be sent to customer to look over. Once invoice estimate is approved we schedule you! We keep the process as simple as we can while creating a relationships with our customers. We are family business and think of our customers as an extension of our family.
