DIY install of about 1,500 square feet. Extremely happy with the price and quality of Elites products, and even happier with the customer service experience.I live in Twin Falls, about 2-2.5 hours south of Elites Nampa office. I remember calling Eli one afternoon to ask some questions, and by 11 AM the next morning FedEx delivered product samples so I could confidently pick the right turf for my yard. After settling on Elite 81 with Envirofill infill (I have 3 dogs), Eli went over measurements with me, cut the 100ft turf rolls into the lengths needed for my yard, and coordinated delivery.Partway through my installation I decided to expand the turf coverage and ordered 2 more rolls. They were delivered promptly by Eli, who inspected the work in progress and offered some feedback and tips that were instrumental in finalizing the installation.I have no hesitation recommending Elite Turf, Eli, and the Nampa office to anyone interested in giving artificial turf a try. We installed our own turf but purchased materials from Elite Turf and not one was the product great but they help us along the way by answering questions and letting us use their spreader. Great guys for sure!

Pricing will vary based on the complexity of the job. A basic install usually costs between $10-15/square foot. For added features such as a putting green, it will cost more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come on-site for a free estimate and to discuss the project. Customers will then receive an official quote and if they choose to move forward, a 50% deposit will be collected up front. Our installers will then begin the project and final payment will not be collected until the job is to your satisfaction.
