- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Empire Exteriors pricing is based on your projects scope, materials, and complexity. We offer a range of discounts (seasonal and project-based) when available, and they'll be shown on your estimate. Any job-specific fees (permits, disposal, specialty delivery) are discussed upfront. Scope changes are approved in writing before work continues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Empire Exteriors starts with a quick call/text to understand your project, then we schedule an on-site visit. We take measurements, review options, and provide a clear written estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work, order materials, and keep you updated during the job. We finish with a final walkthrough and closeout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Empire Exteriors brings 15 years of hands-on experience across interior and exterior trades. Our training comes from real-world jobsite work, best-practice installation standards, and ongoing learning to stay current on materials and methods—so your project is built correctly and built to last.
