- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer digital proofs via online gallery. Clients can choose to purchase additional digitals through their online gallery as well as high quality prints. Prints are not included in the base-price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Together my clients and I will go over their vision for their photographs. I generally ask questions to feel out exactly what they want- we'll choose a stunning location, pick a theme, go over style, and choose a date and time. During a photography session clients can expect me to tell them exactly how to pose and what to do, there's absolutely no pressure and every photo session should be fun!
