FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For payroll, we have standard pricing. I would be happy to share those prices once we have made contact. They are quite competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to get to know something about you and the type of business you have. Usually, I ask for your time to tell me about your self, and what your needs and expectations are. I want to know what part of the accounting you can do and were I can best fit in. One size does not fit all. The services I offer are customized to your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Public Accountant. I graduated from Brigham Young University in 1979 with a bachelors degree in Accounting. I have had several years experience as the controller for a home improvement center with the balance of my time working in public accounting. I have had a wide range of experience, dealing with companies from 1 to a hundred employees. I am confident that I can handle most situations, and I wont be afraid to let you know my limitations.
