We had a roof leak that made its way into our living room. After the roof was repaired, and the sheet rock removed we were ready for ceiling repair. We found patch master on Google and gave them a call. They came out the following day and gave us a quote. Great guys, very knowledgeable and fair. I called Patch Masters and talked with Shane. He came out within an hour and gave me a free estimate. He started the work that day and finished the next! This included cutting, patching, taping, sanding, texture, 2 coats of paint and clean-up. Impressive!

Disappointed we did not see rep on 2 different appointments set for bid. Communication re need to cancel was lacking. I had to call both times to inquire about no show. Reviews of their work looked great, just thought the actual arranged time to bid job sent a negative message so moved on to other companies with good reviews who seemed more interested in initial customer service impressions. We wish them well.
