Introduction: I'm recently back from India where I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training. I am very interested in sharing everything I have learned and also learning through teaching. I will be offering two different options.
The first aimed at more practiced students who might just want an at-home daily yoga routine. We will talk and figure out your strengths and weaknesses to create a routine specifically for you.
The second option is private one-on-one lessons with me. If you are just starting yoga, this is the option for you.
