- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and based on the size and specific needs of each property to ensure fair and accurate quotes. We believe in transparent pricing — there are no hidden fees, and we always discuss the full cost before starting any work. We’re proud to offer special discounts to military members, first responders, and elderly customers as a way to give back to those who serve our community. If you qualify for one of these discounts, just let us know when you contact us, and we’ll be happy to apply it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I start by listening carefully to what they need. I usually begin with a quick walk-through of the property, either in person or by photos if needed, to understand the size and condition of the space. From there, I provide a clear estimate and go over the services included, like mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup. I’m big on communication, so I make sure the client knows what to expect and when. Once we agree on a schedule and price, I get started — always aiming to be reliable, respectful, and leave the property looking great every time. I want every customer to feel like they’re in good hands and know they can count on me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained my experience through hands-on work in the field, managing and maintaining residential and commercial properties. Over time, I’ve learned what works best when it comes to lawn care, equipment handling, and property cleanups. I’ve also studied best practices for mowing patterns, edging, pruning, and seasonal lawn care to make sure the properties I work on look clean, healthy, and professional. Safety and quality are priorities, so I’m always improving my skills to stay efficient and reliable.
