FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I’m a little out of your budget, I can work with you on it, just communicate with me. I will give a 10% discount to veterans, much respect to those that served. If I’m. Called for one thing and I quote a price for that one thing and you have additional items for me once I’m there, I try to discount those additional items as a whole and not just separate items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I speak to a new customer, I like to see the job to be done so I can work up an accurate quote if it’s not cut and dry what needs to be done. I’ll send you my quote via email and the customer can decide if I’m the right guy for them. (I am)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life has been my educator. When you’re too poor to hire someone, you either learn to fix things or learn to live with broken things. Once I could afford to hire a guy, I found that I like doing things myself. I built a 300 sq. Ft. Addition to my house, learned code and passed every inspection. I am in the process of obtaining my contractors license.
