- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and competitive. We sometimes offer discounts for multi-property jobs or referrals, and we’re always transparent, no hidden fees or surprise charges. We can give estimates ahead of time and work with your schedule and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk through what kind of cleaning is needed — interior, exterior, or both. We explain our pricing clearly, answer any questions, and schedule a time that works best. Once we arrive, we walk through the property if needed, get to work, and make sure the customer is happy before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team members are trained in proper techniques for both interior and exterior window cleaning. We also focus on safety, equipment care, and how to avoid damage to glass or trim. Experience has been our best teacher, and we take pride in continuously improving with each job.
