- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free, no-obligation consultation. This allows us to meet you, evaluate your dog's behavior and recommend a training program. Consultations can be done in person, and we're also offering a phone/video option during COVID-19.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our trainers are certified Canine Training and Behavior Specialists. They undergo a rigorous 450-hour training course to work with us. Many of them continue their education by attending various workshops, classes and seminars.
