FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is your day.... This is your story, We want to make sure we are photographing the story you want to tell.... Lets speak on the phone and explore your ideas....
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we meet or talk on phone to speak with a client to fully understand what they are expecting from our team, whether it is a 10 hour day or a two hour day. This is a big factor in the pricing, and can substantially reduce the cost of our services. We want to be on the same page as the client and give them the pricing and service accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In this profession you must never stop learning.... I started photography in high school and then took courses in collage (I.S.U.) I specialized in Black and White photography for several years and took classes for that and even was proficient in dark room techniques with film, even though I was shooting digital at the time. (I have a certification in digital exposure and lighting) I just took the time to continue learning with a seminar in LED lighting.
