Josh and his wife were excellent. They came out last minute to assist us in a repair job at our new home. They were professional and honest and I really enjoyed having them at our home. The work was perfect. He helped us with our sprinkler valves, broken heads, and moved some sprayers in our yard to the correct placement. They also assisted in our station identifications. I’ll definitely be calling them for any lawn and landscaping needs!

I contacted 4 companies on Thumbtack, but Josh with Silvercut Lawncare is the only one who came through, not only in responsiveness, but quality and value were on point too. He and his crew did an excellent job, as scheduled, replacing the main valve from the well that feeds my sprinkler system. He used quality parts, so it should last a very long time! Afterwards, he helped me resolve another issue within just a few minutes so I could fix one of my sprinkler zones myself. I would recommend Silvercut Lawncare services any day.

Excellent response, professionalism and knowledge. Josh really knows his business. He opened up my water system and checked all the valves and back flow. He thoroughly inspected the sprinklers for activation and coverage, and set the timer. Highly recommend for work quality and value. Would re-hire anytime.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very good priced and very fair I also give a free monthly irrigation check on your sprinklers when you let me mow your lawn. I like to make sure your system is always working and that your grass always looks amazing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Come and talk to you so we can figure out what you would like to do and that we both can be on the same page. I want you to feel comfortable know I will get the job done. My customers are always first.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been though alot of landscape and irrigation classes and also am a journeyman plumber. I also know how to give my customers everything they need and be there for them.
