Registered CPA in Illinois. Pricing is on a fixed rate, not hourly, based on assessment, I don't get caught up with time spent on correspondence. I will not recommend a service if not necessary. I not only file personal and small business returns, but I also file sales tax and payroll returns. I use QBO for bookkeping, but have also used Wave and have a moderate level of Excel skills. I have been preparing tax returns since 2003. However, I work full time as an accountant in a corporate setting. This can be advantageous to my clients, if so desired. Can file in any state. I do not file trust or estate returns Customer service focused, easily accessible, easy to work with, reliable, and deadline driven. My intention is to keep my prices stable and compettitve. My full time professional experience as an accountant translates into my side buysiness being able to anticipate issues, forecast bottom line toward end of the year to allow for year end adjustments. My view is that my clients as partners in achieving a goal. I stay in my clients "back pocket' throughout the year communicating and responding to questions. Building relationships and developing trust from my clients and getting the job done right.
