We had Exclusive Exclusions out to investigate an area of our roof / skylight where birds had built a nest. Not only were they able to come out quickly and remove the nesting material, but they also were able to repair the area that was damaged by the birds as well. We offer many different types of pricing. From sq ft to linear ft and even a hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet on site to evaluate their issue. Then a detailed inspection to annualize the level of the issue. This will help me make a custom plan to present to the customer and explain how I am going to help them solve their issue. Before moving forward with any service I will make sure everything is written out and agreed upon in order to set the right expectations.
