I had a yellow jacket issue and I called Damien and he showed up on time and checked out my issue. He did what he had to and told me if your yellow jackets are not gone I will come back. He ended up having to come back the next day and went above and beyond. My problem is now fixed and i will for sure contact him for any more needs.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Meet and greet on site to evaluate their issue. Then a detailed inspection to annualize the level of the issue. This will help me make a custom plan to present to the customer and explain how I am going to help them solve their issue. Before moving forward with any service I will make sure everything is written out and agreed upon in order to set the right expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Multiple state department of agriculture certifications.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started when I was 16 helping out a family friend who owned their own pest service as a summer job. Right away I was thrilled with the problem solving aspects of the job.
