I came to the States 3 years ago, and I didn't know anything about DUI laws. Every country has different DUI rules. My car was parked on the side of the road, and I was sleeping in my car after consuming alcoholic drinks. A cop's car pulled up trying to help me and the incident turned into a DUI case. I was stressed out and frustrated thinking of all the consequences my mistake would cause. Then, I started to research DUI attorneys, and I came across Ronald Justin. From the very beginning, He gave me hope, facts about DUI laws and reasonable fees. I spoke with several DUI attorneys but I felt I could trust Ronald the most. He is honest, doesn't make false promises, professional and knowledgeable about correcting DUI issues. If you choose him, I can guarantee the best outcome for your individual case. This review is based on personal experience. Thanks to him, I was able to drive and be back on the road again. I highly recommend Ronald and give him five stars plus. Excellent job.

This man is by far the best attorney Ive ever worked with; And that's really saying something lol. I have over a dozen arrests, three felony convictions for possession and disorderly conduct, plus a prior dui and domestic conviction. The dui of which I was shamefully still on supervision for when I was arrested by the Streamwood police dept for dui and possession of paraphenilia and a controlled substance. The overly-high priced hoity-toity attorneys didnt even want to take my dui and possession case as they viewed it as unwinnable. Not only did Ron charge me thousands less than those guys wanted, but he won this supposedly "unwinnable" case. He treated me with respect, he was polite to my family members, and he leveled with me as opposed to trying to sell me dreams. He worked his tail off for me, took the case to trial for no additional fee, and won the case with flying colors. Because of my backgroud, I was facing a maximum of 8 years in prison and my drivers license was to be revoked for 3 years. Not only am I a free man today with zero new convictions, but I also got my license back. Very few atttorneys could have pulled off what he did, let alone for the bargain price he gave me. I highly recommend this man to anyone that finds themselves in trouble and needing legal representation. Out of all the attorneys Ive worked with over the years, it would be foolish to ever hire anybody but him.

Mr. Justin was very flexible when setting up our first meeting. He was very organized and prompt. He even met with me right after he traveled from another meeting about 2 hours away, which was about 8:00p. After researching other attornies I found that their prices were all the same (which were really expensive) but when I received the quote from Mr. Justin I realized he was very affordable and have the same amount of experience as the others. He also have several clients whom highly recommended him on this site so I was impressed. My son is facing a very serious charge and Mr. Justin was very straight forward and did not leave any room for figuring things out about him nor his work that he does. He has done everything he promised and it makes me glad that I chose him. I'm trusting my new attorney to work my son's case like the professional he is with excellent experience and dedication.

I should have guessed based on attempts to contact the Law Office of Ronald Justin and to receive a timely response wound have been an indicator of the experience of my partner and I. Prior to even hiring Ronald, he reviewed the case to evaluate to if he had the capacity. He accepted the case, stating his plan and would could be done. That was a year ago, and there has been little to no movement on his part. I should not have to send certified mail to get an update, because he failed to email or return a phone call. Furthermore, as other reviews have also advised, he used the excuse of a paralegal he was considering terminating because they were the ones dropping the ball. His failure to be diligent and communicative allowed mistakes to occur in the court room, and allowing orders to go through against my wishes- because he didn’t see the email, and again blamed a third party. After three weeks of sending emails asking for updates, two phone calls, and a court date he failed to show up to or comunícate he would not be showing up to, I issued a deadline for response. His response was an after hours call withdrawing from the case. The withdrawal isn’t the issue as that was the plan if he continued to neglect my case, it’s the unprofessionalism and lack of accountability for his consistent failure to provide legal counsel. This will result in an investigation with the bar. I would not recommend this office for anything that requires court appearances or timely and accurate communication.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    A consultation is always necessary to determine the goals of the client. Once we discuss the goals of the client I can describe how the law will apply and finally a plan of action is set into motion. Clients are updated as the case moves forward and if necessary a modification to the plan will be discussed when necessary.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have been working domestic relations ( divorce, child custody and child support) and criminal defense cases for the last 14 years.
