Absolutely thrilled with the work this company did! From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation I had. They installed brand new flooring, a beautiful bathroom vanity, mirror, lighting, and handled a number of other repairs — all with exceptional skill and care. The entire unit was also freshly painted, and the result is nothing short of stunning.
The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly hardworking. They were consistently communicative, keeping me informed every step of the way. As someone with a perfectionist eye, I truly appreciated how accommodating they were and how far they went to make sure every detail met my standards.
Their pricing was more than fair for the level of quality and dedication they brought to the project. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch service. I will absolutely be calling on them again for future projects!

I hired Chicago R Builders to renovate my two-bedroom apartment, focusing on the kitchen and bathroom. They replaced outdated cabinets with sleek, custom designs, upgraded the countertops to quartz, and added subway tile backsplash. In the bathroom, they installed modern tiles, a walk-in shower, and new fixtures. Everything was done on time and within budget, with zero hassle. The crew was professional, clean, and detail-oriented. My apartment feels brand new, and I couldnt be happier with the results. Great job!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Chicago R Builders to repaint a 1,000 sqft apartment in Logan Square, and the results exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, precision, and a deep commitment to quality. The project involved repainting both walls and ceilings, and their attention to detail was impeccable. Every edge was perfectly cut, with smooth, even coats throughout the apartment. The team was meticulous about prep workcovering floors, taping off trim, and filling in any minor imperfections in the walls, which made the final result flawless.Their color consultation was also a great value. They provided thoughtful recommendations based on lighting and space, helping us choose tones that enhanced the apartments natural aesthetic. Not only was the painting itself top-notch, but the team also stuck to the project timeline and left the space clean and organized. It was clear that customer satisfaction was a top priority for them.Overall, I highly recommend Chicago R Builders. If you're looking for reliable, skilled painters with an eye for detail, they are the right team for the job. Our Logan Square apartment now looks refreshed and modern, and we couldnt be happier with the result.
