I wanted a custom white stain and they were able to do what I asked for . Punctuality was a must for us ,because we have busy schedules and I truly appreciate it .also the price was great for how my new floors look! I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

They did an excellent job without damage to walls or trim and cleaned up after work
Floors look beautiful and even worked on Saturday to meet the time schedule

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not really. The price will be decided based on the job size , customer preferences and so on .(approx . $1.35-$2.85 per sqft for refinishing , $1.50-$2.00 installing)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After scheduling a job viewing , i discuss with the customer all the options and based on his preferences , i will give the price , which should be paid 50% when starting and the remaining balance after the job is done and client satisfied .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work in this field for over 7 years and i got my training at "Cornells Floor Sanding " Chicago for whom i work ( separate job ) .I work in million dollar homes and the customers are pleased with my job .
