Gary was awesome! He was very responsive, on time, honest and personable. We had a sliding door lock that we actually wanted to replace, thinking that it could not be repaired. Gary was honest to let us know that he could repair it and that he did:) Saved us money on not having to buy a whole new lock. He definitely is very knowledgeable, knows what he is doing and quite humorous too. He threw a couple funny jokes our way.:) We would for sure call on him again.

I cannot say enough good things about Gary from Expert Lock & Security!!! I needed a deadbolt repaired/re-keyed and reached out to Gary. I'd been told I needed a NEW deadbolt. Gary got back in touch with me, via chat on Thumbtack and we spoke about my needs. Gary asked me to send some photos and I did. He responded quickly saying I needed a NEW cylinder and NOT a whole new deadbolt. It was a savings of over $75 (from other quotes/estimates I'd received). I called Gary and set-up an appointment. He arrived right on time and it took him minutes to confirm I needed a cylinder only. He was able to replace the cylinder and he used my existing key to match what I have so I didn't need new keys. He even threw in a better key than the one I'd gotten at MinuteKey or wherever it came for. Gary was honest, punctual and efficient. He takes Cash, Checks, most Credit Cards and Zelle. If you want someone with ethics, who works quickly, charges reasonable fees and is friendly, too, call Gary. You won't regret it! I sure don't!!!

The best ! He fixed another installers past latch work, he changed the hardware and re keyed the door in mins, the goofy bluetooth/software that comes with keyless sytems was a drag but he helped me thru all the obstacles.
Excellent human! Woyld definatley reccomend and rehire again

Gary was amazing! We bought a house that needed a new deadbolt to be install, as the existing door did not have one. Gary completed the task with ease!! We appreciate the fact that he protected our wood floors and also cleaned up after himself. He was very personable and made the whole process very easy for us!
