- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're one of the most competitive companies from the jump, but we are also willing to negotiate if really needed. In the end, what's most important is a fair agreement for everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask away! We like to make sure that the client has complete information regarding their installation. We do this by providing a scope of work alongside the quote that details all materials and wiring methods used.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Some of our guys have been hands-on for a very long time, which is how they became journeyman level or even master level experts. And some of our guys, myself included, have had a combination of both lengthy hands-on experience and a structured classroom curriculum.
