Bob M. assessed the situation and also advised us there would be no 'hidden' costs. The price he quoted was the price he charged. He was very professional and spent the time needed to clear our drain. We also advised of other plumbing issues that we would like to schedule at a later date. He was very accommodating and I would definitely recommend him to other customers.

I asked Bob to rod my main sewer line, because I was sure that was where the problem was. I was out of town when he came, so I didn't find out about the work till I returned. He rodded three different sections of the line and when that didn't work went into the basement and unclogged the line from the tub. He didn't quit until he fixed the problem and didn't charge extra for my ignorance. His services are much appreciated. Thanks, Bob!
