If you are looking for someone you can depend on, please contact Ihor. This is a man with integrity and good business sense. He is a hard worker, quite polite and very fair with his pricing. Ihor did a good job panting/priming the ceiling & walls of my garage. He used KILZ3 (low VOC), 1 coat primer, on 30 year old plasterboard. Yes, I would definitely call on Ihor again.
