- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each situation is different so we don't have a standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to what their needs are and document their goals. Then we assist in creating a plan to achieve those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two of our partners teach for the AICPA - partnerships, S corps, C Corps, advanced individuals, estate, gift, and trust taxation, and accounting periods and methods. We are CPAs and EAs so we are all licensed professionals.
