FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My signature service is the Wardrobe Wake Up - one full day (4-6 hours) in your home for $675. This includes everything: closet edit, outfit creation, photos of every combination, your personalized get dressed formula, an intentional shopping list, and follow-up support. For women who want the complete transformation, The Takeover is a three day experience starting at $1,200 - closet work (Wardrobe Wake Up Day 1), curated secondhand shopping, and full styling integration. I also offer hourly seasonal refresh sessions, personal shopping, and packing for trips at $100/hour for existing clients ONLY. I don't offer discounts but I do offer full clarity on exactly what you're getting. This is an investment in yourself - and every client says the same thing after: why did I wait so long?!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a free 15-minute discovery call. I want to make sure we're the right fit before either of us commits. If we are, we book your date and I send a short questionnaire so I can understand your lifestyle, goals, and what's not working. On the day of your Wardrobe Wake Up we spend 4-6 hours together. We go through everything, release what's holding you back, build outfits from what you already own, photograph every combination, and create your intentional shopping list. You leave with complete clarity. And I follow up with detailed notes so you never forget what we built together. If you are are booking The Takeover, we SHOP Day 2 and STYLE Day 3.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is 30 years of shopping secondhand and 2.5 years of styling and understanding how clothes work on real bodies. I invested in and learned from a personal stylist 5 years ago (who is now the highest paid stylist in the country) and experienced firsthand how transformative this work is - not just for your wardrobe but for your confidence, your presence, and how you show up in the world. I speak on sustainable style and intentional wardrobing - most recently at a Women's IL Council of Realtors event for 50 professionals and as a featured speaker at Sustainable Fashion Week Chicago 2026.
