Living in Chicago, I’m always thinking about how our weather affects the house — freezing winters, humid summers, and constant temperature swings. When we decided to remodel our bathroom, my main concern was making sure everything was built to handle those conditions and not cause problems down the line. From the start, Century City Baths team took those concerns seriously. We talked through insulation, proper ventilation, and materials that could handle moisture and temperature changes without cracking, warping, or growing mold. I appreciated that they focused on what was behind the walls just as much as what you see on the surface. The workmanship was solid and precise. Very happy with bathroom remodel. Converted Tub to walk-in shower with shower doors, replaced flooring, updated light fixture, new countertops, faucets, & painted in a high rise condominimum. Andrii was the crew leader. He was on time daily, tidy with construction materials & debris. He had excellent attention to detail and was truly great to work with thru the construction process. The time to complete project was quick! Day 1 of demo to the completion of project (minus the shower doors), was 7 business days. Shower doors were installed 5 business days after that. Very impressed with how quickly the project was completed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is itemized based on the scope of work and whether or not we are supplying any of the materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free in-home estimates. The whole process should take about 60 minutes: you can design your bathroom, ask our rep any questions you have, and receive a free estimate that's good for 60 days. We also allow the customer to purchase their own materials and will quote them for labor only.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work with the Laticrete system in the shower space. This involves using high quality waterproof materials that include a lifetime warranty on labor and materials.
