I had a great experience working with Happy Penguin HVAC-R. On New Year’s Day, Noey took the time to walk me through troubleshooting my Lennox furnace over FaceTime when my heat wouldn’t turn back on after vacation. He was responsive, professional, and explained things clearly, including steps I hadn’t considered. Thanks to his help, the heater was back up and running the same day. I really appreciated the support and willingness to help, especially on a holiday.
