Wow! I’ve just found my forever plumber. Alexander, responded quickly, and came out on a Sunday to replace my water heater. He was upfront and honest with his pricing, which was very reasonable. I ordered the unit, he picked it up, installed it, and hauled away the old one. Very professional, polite, neat, and responsive.

My heater / HVAC system stopped working in the middle of winter, with extremely cold temps outside. Alex was very prompt in responding to my request, and was willing to come and fix it the same night! Needed some parts replaced, he went out to get them, and fixed the system right away, within a very reasonable price. Would have him service my AC in the summer as well

Alex helped to troubleshoot a botched installation of a Nest smart thermostat by a previous HVAC tech. The fan of my heat pump would not turn off even after the Ac was off and there was no way to turn it off no matter the setting as it was just wired incorrectly initially. Alex rewired everything correctly in under 45mins and his quote and price was lowest among the 6 HVAC companies I contacted. Stand up guy 5 stars!
