You are paying me a fee for the act of notarization and for the cost of my time and the miles I travel to meet you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I travel to meet you, I will need you to answer the following questions: a. Will I be notarizing your signature? b. Are you calling for another person / third party? c. Can you describe the document that you will be signing? d. ***Does the document have a notary acknowledgement section*** In other words, is there a place on the documents that indicates it is a notary section? e. How many people will be executing the document? f. Can each person signing acknowledge that they know the reason they are signing the document? g. Will each person signing the document have a valid and current Driver's License, Passport or State Issued ID? h. Will each person signing the document be present when I attend our meeting to notarize signatures?
