FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every request is different, and every person has different skincare and makeup needs. I do try to keep costs down for a bride, but understand I provide quality services, as well. Higher costs in this field are not a bad thing. Professional grade products are not cheaply made and offer a stronger protection for wear and tear, during your special day or event. I do offer group discounts and include travel mileage, where needed. As a freelancer, it is in my ability to travel to you or with you, which I love.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A bride will submit a request, I review it, it is accepted, and she will email me for additional information and set her deposit, saving the date services are requested. More information is discussed, however it remains confidential. I am a true professional and personally appreciate confidentiality. I have received professional awards and inductions for such.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
State Certified Professional MUA (ISBE) with degree focuses in different areas of skin types, ethnic differential, and various makeup application styles. All of these are different levels of certification within an MUA educational program.
