- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer many different ways to receive discounts such as referrals and multiple customers in a small area that use our services on the same street or subdivision. Just ask us how to receive discounts or promotional prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to have a minimum of a phone conversation before we start work. Depending on the work or project we will meet with the customer and just talk through the project and options that are available. We discuss pricing, billing, and general work practices that you can expect from us. This is also a great time for the customer to let us know if there are any specific requests they may have.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with customers of all kinds, young and old, laid back and very particular, and customers who travel a lot and are in need of an honest person to look after and maintain their property.
