What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer sessions from 30-minutes to 2 hours. You aren't restricted to the length you set in Thumbtack. I never charge extra for deep tissue or other techniques. I also offer a 20% discount for students.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new client, you will fill out a health history form, and I will ask you some questions to determine the best approach for your needs. During the massage, I will check in regularly on the technique and pressure. It is important to remember that you can always ask me to make adjustments as your comfort during the massage is very important.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed with over 10 years of continuing education. I am constantly working with other massage therapists to hone my skills and pick up new tricks and techniques.
