- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken some classed in digital photography, I was a film girl for many years. I also go to monthly classes to help stay on top of the latest ideas and techniques. I will be the first to admit I hate to pose people I like to capture the interactions but to make me more rounded I went to a 3 hour seminar on how to pose to get the best picture.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father bought me my first camera when I was in 4th grade. I loved "shooting" everything I could. As I got older the passion grew with me. I ran a photo studio in Florida and when I moved to Chicago I missed it so much. Then things happened and doors opened and even tho its not full time, yet, I am be to doing what I love. Photography
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do posed and journalistic photos. I think the best photos are when you are natural and showing interaction without it being forced. I also do events whether a fundraiser such as a walk/run with team shots or a birthday party.
