- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing - I look at many aspects when I give a quote. Every house is different and every customer has unique expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a call from a new customer I usually first ask them questions about their home and their expectations so we can provide the best service that meets their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I would say the best training is a good customer service skills that I've got after working as a manager for many years.
