My request was the replace the doorknob
On my front door. Ahmad reached out
and asked questions to fully understand my request. I wanted the same or similar style set as the one that I needed replaced. Ahmad sent a picture from the store to ensure I was pleased with the knob set. He arrived and promptly changed the set. My husband checked to ensure everything was properly completed and Ahmad sent me a video to show the door properly opening and closing.
Very professional, thorough and prompt.
