Dan and Deb are excellent DJs, and I highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding reception (or any party, really). They met with us before the reception to make they understood our schedule and the types of music that we did (and did not) want played. They also helped to keep us on track with our schedule and were flexible when needed.

We are a full service DJ service, with a very flexible setup. My wife and I perform the events together, which ensures that we are constantly focused on the needs of your event. We have experience with wedding ceremonies, receptions, car shows, school dances, and corporate events. We do a large number of annual benefits, from St. Jude to American Diabetes Assn. If you choose DK the DJ & Crew, you can be assured that we understand the importance of quality customer service. We are putting service back into the DJ business.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking for a DJ, ensure that you have a professional who is dedicated to quality customer service and utilizes top-notch equipment and backup systems. Always ask for references and ask about experience at your venue. Each facility is different and has it's own acoustic and physical challenges, you want a DJ that understands that. Lastly, talk directly to THE DJ that will be doing your event. There are many DJ services that send young, inexperienced DJs out with little or no understanding of the event. Every prospective client meets with me, the DJ and will complete a checklist which we then review in detail, together, to ensure that we know exactly what you are looking for.
