FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to try and meet him or her face-to-face. If this is not possible, typically a phone conversation is sufficient for me to learn a bit about my client and what it is that they are looking for in a design. After the initial conversation, I began researching the look or feel or company that I am trying to portray through my designs. I typically create a few designs for my client to choose from and we narrow the selection down and make any changes or edits necessary. I have found that working closely with my clients have made people much more relaxed and comfortable in knowing that they will end up with a great product and makes them to feel like they have some ownership in the process.
