For small repairs, inspections, troubleshooting, or service calls that require an on-site evaluation of less than one hour, the minimum service charge is $150. For larger projects such as bathrooms, kitchens, basements, drywall, tile, and remodeling work, we provide fixed-price estimates after evaluating the project. Our goal is to provide quality workmanship, clear communication, and accurate pricing with no surprises. My rates range from $45 to $75 per hour, depending on the type of work, the level of difficulty, and the quality of materials and finishes required. Before starting any project, I like to understand exactly what the customer needs so I can provide the most accurate information possible. This helps avoid surprises, saves time, and allows both of us to make informed decisions. I respect my customers' time because it is just as valuable as mine. My goal is to provide quality work, honest pricing, and solutions that bring long-term value, comfort, and peace of mind. When I work with a new customer, I usually follow these steps: 1. Initial contact – I listen to your needs and ask questions to understand the scope of the project. 2. Estimate – I provide a time and cost estimate, based on the type of work and quality of finishes you want. 3. Agreement – Once we agree on the details, we set a date and time to start. 4. Work process – I complete the job with attention to detail, keeping you updated along the way. 5. Final review – At the end, I walk you through the work to make sure you’re satisfied before considering the job finished.
