I had a leaky water heater that needed replacing and Brandon responded to my late night inquiry right away. He was able to schedule me for next day service on short notice. Joel, the technician that serviced my water heater, was friendly, professional, and made the experience less stressful. He disconnected my water heater and even helped me take it to my local home depot for replacement. His install work was quick and precise and answered any questions I had about maintenance. They gave me a reasonable price. I would definitely hire them again

Omg I just moved into my new house and my new dryer wasn’t heating or drying! I emailed Red Hot Drain and Brandon called me super quick and was over in 45 minutes! He found the problem super quick and my dryer was heating and drying in about 15 minutes! I’m so glad he replied so quick because I would have had a load of wet clothes just sitting the dryer for who knows how long! Thanks so much for a great experience! Will definitely be calling them again when needed! 😃
