- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a consultation ( in-person, phone, video conference) and a discussion on how our services can fit their needs for their event. Once requirements for the event have been developed, we provide a detailed proposal of services that will be tailored to their event. Upon contract signing and retainer receipt, work will commence on the event based on written proposal.
