- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure we have contact information updated. Communicate and communicate. It’s important to communicated every step of the way, you are never in the dark with us. And if you are not home when work is being done. We send updates with pics at least every 2 hours. With new customers it’s also important to understand what’s important to you and any worries you have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional training in carpentry, electrical and plumbing. Decades of experience in doing work the right way.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Mike, At 14 years old, our neighbor (fireman) had a flooring business and he realized I was gifted with my hands and that I learned extremely fast. So I was doing all types of flooring at 14 and by 16 he would send me off on jobs by myself. I still love the work. Love the challenging jobs, we always get it right.
