I couldn’t be happier with Anton from AVA. My water heater went out and with a family of 4, not having any hot water can be a big problem pretty quick. I needed same day service and Anton was able to respond quickly and came to the house within the hour. He was courteous and very understanding of my problem. As I showed him to the water heater, he took a look at it and troubleshot it immediately. It was something that I would not have been able to solve, but he did so in minutes from arriving. Although it wasn’t a bigger issue, thankfully, I am completely grateful for Anton and his quick work of our problem. On top of that I offered to compensate him for his time, but he insisted that it was no trouble at all. Truly the most professional and trustworthy experience I’ve ever had. Needless to say I will reach out to him at AVA for any future needs. Thanks again, Anton and AVA
