- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial discounts for new clients. Fixed monthly/quarterly fees. Fees hourly or by project. Discounts or rebates for client referrals. Contact me for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a free consultation, I will ask simple questions to get to know your business and your accounting needs. I also might ask for read only access to you business' current records. If all goes well on your end and mine, I will send you a proposal, followed by an engagement letter, detailing all that is going to be done and when! - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelors in finance and am an Intuit Certified Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor with their highest level of Certification.
