FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different when it comes to price and I need to see the project before I can give you a price that I will honor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You/the customer calls, texts, or emails me what service they are looking for along with their full name, phone number, address, and email. I then come to your home (you don't have to be home) and measure the roof, siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, etc. so I can put together a proposal/estimate that I email you. We then go back and forth to answer questions, select colors, etc. and then if you want us to do the work you submit a signed contract to us in order for us to put you on our schedule to do the work. We typically collect 50% of the contract price after the material and dumpster are delivered and our guys have started working and then the remaining amount after the project is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska--Lincoln, I am IICRC certified for water remediation and mold, I am a GAF Certified Contractor.
