In that fitness profile, I'll assess your body fat percentage ( how toned you are ), your resting heart rate ( how well conditioned you are ) as well as your caloric need ( how many calories you need to consume to create fat loss ) this is in addition to weight, girth measurements and performance tests within my training. I have always loved fitness but struggled with motivation when I'm working solo. DFP has provided an environment for me to not only improve on my physical strength and health, but also helped build my confidence. Tyvon's group workouts are challenging but encouraging for everyone in attendance. He makes them fun even when the sweat is running into your eyes and you want to scream. I highly recommend Tyvon as a trainer and coach.

I started bootcamp June 4, 2019! It was the best decision I could have ever made. I love going to class and I look forward to it each day. I hate the days we don't have class. Tyvon is a wonderful trainer with tons of different workout routines. He encourages you to keep pushing it and will also give you a modification of the excercises he is doing if you can't do it. I have become a stronger person since I started and I have gained more self confidence.
