FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Fair and Square Assembly Ltd., we strive to find a balance with pricing which reflects both a solid understanding of a customer's needs, as well as the pride taken in the quality of the work provided. The goal is always to complete the job right the first time so that customers receive maximum enjoyment, longevity and safety from their products in the long run.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins by responding to your service request or reaching out with a personalized message. The importance of communication cannot be overstated and as such, we try to ascertain the most information possible about your needs, in an effort to achieve maximum preparedness in advance of your scheduled job. When your appointment day arrives, you can count on punctuality and transparency when it comes to the project plan, as well as updates along the way so you know exactly how things are progressing as they unfold.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having done work and training with multiple assembly companies and done business across a variety of service markets, much of the actual, practical education occurs through word of mouth and (in the beginning) via trial by error. Already having lived through the "error" period and learned so much from experience, this has resulted in the ability to confidently deliver top notch assembly services free from repeated mistakes.
